Your fire panels, always visible

See what's happening across every panel, from anywhere — without waiting for a phone call or a site visit.

Know what's happening on every panel — without being on-site

Most building owners only hear about fire panel issues when something goes wrong. A missed alarm, an overdue fault, a contractor who didn't mention it. Magnifire changes that. You get a live dashboard that shows you exactly what's happening across every panel — updating in real time, from anywhere.

  • Live 24-hour alert summary with trend indicators
  • 30-day alert trend charts showing patterns over time

A single device at Zone 21, address LIM18 in the Holding Chiller/Fat and Bone area on the dairy compound panel is responsible for the vast majority of this week's alerts, generating over 22,000 fault and isolation entries through a repeating cycle of fault, isolation, and clearance.

Alarms and prealarms have dropped significantly compared to the prior period, which is a positive sign.

A manual call point at L03M001, Zone 13 was activated in the South Line BGA area and cleared around 35 seconds later, after someone appears to have acknowledged it at the local panel.

This device has activated twice in the past 90 minutes, with both events clearing quickly and no fire-related fault or pre-alarm appearing beforehand or afterwards.

The short duration and lack of corroborating detector activity suggests this was likely an accidental activation rather than a genuine fire event — possibly from contact with the break-glass unit. Worth checking the device and asking if any work was happening in that area.

Common questions about monitoring

A small device connects to your existing fire panel's serial or printer port. There's no rewiring, no panel modifications, and no disruption to your current alarm monitoring. It reads the panel output passively and sends data securely to the cloud.

Magnifire supports most major Australian panel brands including Notifier, Pertronic, and Ampac. If your panel has a serial or printer port, there's a good chance we can connect to it. We're adding new panels regularly.

Magnifire doesn't depend on your building's internet. Each device has a built-in 4G modem that connects directly to Telstra or Optus — whichever has stronger signal at the site — so we never touch your network. If cell service is temporarily unavailable, events are stored locally and queued, then sent through automatically when signal returns. Your fire panel and brigade connection are never affected — Magnifire works alongside your existing monitoring, not instead of it.

Events appear on your dashboard within seconds of occurring on the panel. Alert trend charts and AI insights update daily, giving you both real-time visibility and longer-term pattern analysis.
